Receiving your multi-media guide
If booking in advance, select ‘No’ in the booking process when asked if you will be coming by car. You will then need to show your bus/train ticket for that day, on arrival at Chatsworth, or demonstrate that you arrived by bicycle. You will then be able to hire a multi-media guide at no cost at the house entrance.
If you wish to buy a ticket when you arrive, simply show your bus/train ticket, or demonstrate that you arrived by bicycle for that day’s journey at the house till point.
Terms and conditions: Multi-media guides are tablet-based and include headphones. Guides are subject to availability and are limited to one per adult. Tablets and headphones must be returned at the house exit. We reserve the right to change the incentive without notice.
