Tuesday 31 December | 7pm onwards

£200 per person

The evening begins with drinks and canapés in the Painted Hall, followed by a tour to see the North Wing of the house decorated for Christmas, a four-course dinner and live entertainment by The Paul Pashley Band.

The dress code is black tie and evening dress.

Beetroot salmon gravlax, caviar, orange gel and a parmesan tuile

Textures of cauliflower with a wild mushroom veloute and roasted hazelnuts (V) (VE)

Intermediate

Chatsworth pink gin granita

Main course 

Chatsworth Estate beef wellington with a celeriac fondant, confit carrot, winter kale and a red wine jus

Beetroot & Hartington blue pithivier, celeriac fondant, confit carrot, winter kale and a red wine jus (V)

Slow roasted squash spiced chickpea and coconut dhal, shallot rings and a coriander salad (VE) 

Dessert

Tahini and white chocolate torte served with a sesame tuile, white chocolate soil and an espresso mascarpone sorbet (V)

Chocolate & orange tart with an orange sorbet (VE)
